MedTrac Mobile consists of a point-of-use bar code scanning system, based on the Palm OS and Symbol barcode scanner or Windows CE/Pocket PC. The handheld is used to automate the gathering of inventory data in real-time at the point of use, currently a manual or only semi-automated process.
